Using the EMS is simple! As part of the setup, we create an attractive email template featuring a header with your logo and links to your Web site (click here for samples! ). If you have an existing list of email addresses, we'll import them into the system for you. We'll even run your database of emails through our address verification software to help catch any bad addresses before they get bounced back to you. You design the text and graphical content of each newsletter you send through simple Web-based forms. Your work is saved as you go and will be available each time you log in. Since our system is completely Web-based, you and your staff can use it from any computer with Internet access – from home, work, or on the road! No HTML experience is required to create great looking emails. Each time you do you a mailing, a record goes into your History screen with the date, the groups you sent it to, and how many people received it. Every time your newsletter is opened and viewed by a recipient, the system records it. If a recipient clicks a link in your newsletter to a page in your site or any other URL, the system records that user's email address, the date and time, and page that was visited. Recipients who wish to unsubscribe may do so simply by clicking a link at the bottom of your email. Their address is then automatically disabled from the system. You can also add, delete, or edit addresses in your list at any time using the functions on the Addresses screen.
