Some Tips for Back to School Safety

Keep your school aged kids safe and educated with these tips: 1. Often we are in a rush and do not notice strangers in the neighborhood. Keep your eyes open and report suspicious cars or person in the area. 2. If children come home alone after school, provide them with your work number, a trusted neighbor’s telephone number and remind them to never let anyone know they are home alone. Remind them to never open the door and teach them about dialing 911 in an emergency.
