Cell Phones in Cars—Employees Crash, Company Burns

More and more often, accident victims are suing the employers when employees cause accidents while talking on cell phones. Here is an example of a real case—and what it means for your organization. Valerie Walker used her car as her office several days a week as she drove around the state visiting her company's clients. Rather than waste the long hours on the highway, she used that time to make phone calls back to her office or to clients. One day she pulled onto the interstate and set her cruise control for 77. Using her company-supplied cell phone she contacted a client with whom she hoped to make an appointment. Unfortunately, because she was busy talking on the phone, she didn't notice that the traffic ahead had suddenly slowed to a halt. By the time she saw the red taillights of the vehicle in front of her, she was almost on top of it. She jammed on the brakes, but it was too late. Her car slammed into a vehicle, pushing it to the side of the road where it overturned.

Are you frustrated with your payroll service?

At HR to Go, we are very unique in our industry. As an Human Resources Management company, we have created a payroll service that has virtually eliminated the three biggest frustrations businesses have when using a payroll service - frustrations from even the BIG national payroll services.

The 3 Biggest Frustrations Businesses Have When Using A Payroll Service Bureau:

Problem #1: Accuracy - By not double checking your payroll data each pay period, mistakes can and will be made. That is why we use an internal "Double Check" process - to ensure 100% accuracy each and every pay period.

Problem #2: Personal Service - Face it, your business processes its payroll a little differently than everyone else. That is why you will be assigned a dedicated payroll specialist right from the start - one who averages 15+ years of industry experience.

Problem #3: Consistency - This is one of the biggest issues businesses have with their payroll service - lack of consistency in getting their payroll processed. We have a team of specialists whose only job is to make sure your employees' data, reports, statements and deposits are done the same way, on the same day each and every pay period.

Now, more than ever before, local business owners are seeing how easy we can make "payday" for their business...from our seamless integration to our seasoned payroll experts. Hurry and take a look at what we can do for your business. You will definitely be impressed. Are you frustrated with your payroll service? If so, make the switch to us today...it is easy, fast and we will even waive our payroll conversion fee.

We thank you in advance for your business!
